Circa il 91% delle aziende ungheresi ha avuto un certo grado di aumento salariale tra gennaio e agosto, secondo un sondaggio condotto da Edenred Hungary all'inizio di settembre che ha coinvolto circa 127 responsabili delle risorse umane.
Il Governo ungherese ha lanciato il portale per la ricerca di lavoro karrierm.hu per rafforzare le connessioni tra chi cerca lavoro ed i datori di lavoro.
Il mercato del lavoro ai tempi del covid19 in Ungheria torna alle condizioni di 7 anni fa: diminuiscono le offerte di lavoro e molti datori di lavoro possono ora scegliere i dipendenti in un bacino piú grande. Secondo l'Ufficio centrale di Statistica ungherese nel primo trimestre del 2020 il tasso di disoccupazione é stato del 3,7% e il tasso di occupazione del 69,7%.
